Terms and Conditions
  • Amount mentioned above is Annual Subscription Fee and must be paid 100% in advance at the time of registration.
  • The Annual Subscription Fee is exclusive of all taxes and duties (18% GST applicable currently).
  • Validity of subscription is 12 months and the subscription must be renewed annually.
  • All Add-Ons and Additional Outlets will be charged extra and are exclusive of all taxes and duties (18% GST applicable currently).
  • All future upgrades to the MyyShopp Platform will be provided for free. This includes only changes to Web / Mobile UI or additional functionality that may be made available by MyyShopp in the future. This does not include any customisations / integrations that may be done exclusively for specific business owners.
  • MyyFacebook Shopp is a plug-in that can be bundled and Renewal for the Plugin will need to be done annually, at the time of renewal of the Annual Subscription. The same enables a MyyShopp Plug-in on the existing Facebook Page of the client. MyyShopp is not responsible for creating, promoting, updating and/or managing Social Media Pages for the Business Owner.
  • Transactional SMS bundle and Promotional SMS bundle are different as per TRAI mandates and need to be purchased and used separately.
    Transactional SMS will include: 1. SMS to customers
    • At the time of Order Placement
    • At the time of Order confirmation / verification
    • At the time of Order dispatch
    • At the time of order cancellation
    2. SMS to Business Owner
    • At the time of order placement
    Promotional SMS will be SMS used in case bulk promotional campaigns are run via SMS and can be sent at the discretion of the Business owner with respect to specific promotional campaigns that might be planned / executed.
    No refund / carry forward of SMSs will be done post activation of the functionality.
  • The MyyBlog is a plug-in that can be bundled with the White Labelled website provided by MyyShopp. Renewal for MyyBlog Plugin will need to be done annually, at the time of renewal of Annual Subscription. MyyShopp will enable the Blog for the Business Owner and will not be responsible for content updation on the Blog. Business Owner will need to update the Blog and its content (text + images) on their own. MyyShopp is not responsible for creating, promoting, updating and/or managing the Blog for the Business Owner.
    No refund will be provided post activation of the functionality.
  • As part of the Annual Subscription MyyShopp will ensure, Technical Management and Maintenance of your platform including on-going site updation with respect to products, pricing, inventory, etc. This does not include managing Business, Order fulfilment and/or deliveries.
  • In case Internet Banking, Credit / Debit Card Payments functionality has to be enabled on the site, Business Owner will have to register with RazorPay on their own. MyyShopp platform does not allow for integrations with other payment gateways at this point in time. There are no additional charges for enabling the same. MyyShopp does not bear any responsibility for Business Owners dealings with RazorPay.
